Pilot Scale System Development

 

Pilot studies are an important step prior to full scale implementation. They can provide proof of process efficacy, while not requiring the investment, time, and regulatory cost necessary to implement a full scale process. Metals U.S. and our partners can provide pilot system fabrication and pilot testing capability, both in constructing Solid Phase Extraction systems and related systems, and for system installation and shakedown, as well as operational support and consulting to ensure the pilot testing is as successful as possible. We can provide pilot testing capabilities both at operations sites, and at our pilot testing facility in Missoula, Montana. We also work to ensure industrial sites are fully facilitated and equipped with the engineering, metallurgical, Qualified Person and operational expertise necessary to ensure quality process results, reporting and projections.
